Great support Team, good products.

I ordered some velvet cushions and a diffuser bottle with KAS. I was quite please with the super quick delivery and quality of products. The cushions look great, the stich , material, the inserts , everything appears efficiently crafted.

The Amber and Bergamot diffuser is also amazing 🤩. My diffuser bottle was all wrapped up nicely in a bubble wrap, but it had a leak within that wrap in my first order. The team sent me another one in no time with an express service.❤️Not everyday do you see such amazing customer support.

I’d be buying from you guys again :)

Orders to Australia are processed at our warehouse in Sydney, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible and use the most premium courier services. Typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment.

For the safety of you and our Australia Post and Star track drivers, we have introduced contact-free delivery. Drivers will drop off your order on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you. The warehouse is currently receiving a hospital grade clean twice a day and the team are having their temperature checked before every shift to manage everybody's safety.

Good news - returns from Australia are now FREE for full-priced items via our secure returns portal. Simply enter your order number, select the items you wish to return & drop off to any Australia Post Location with your free returns label.

We offer International returns within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a full refund or exchange on the purchase price less freight costs.
