GIFT WRAPPING

Unfortunately we cannot offer gift wrapping or include personal notes in your Online orders.

COST OF DELIVERY

We offer FREE shipping when you spend $100 or more within Australia. A flat rate delivery fee of $15 including GST is charged on orders under $100 within Australia. We currently do not ship internationally. For more information on acquiring our products outside of Australia, please see below paragraph entitled "International Customers".

YOU CAN CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE FOR YOUR ORDER 

If you place an order online and would like to pick it up from our outlet shop, simply select the store when completing the checkout process. No delivery charges will apply.

We are located at 78 O'riordan St, Alexandria NSW 2015. Please walk to our rear warehouse at the back of building and ask for customer service. You may also call (02) 8035 2248 or (02) 8035 2243 for directions and help.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER & AVAILABILITY

Orders are processed at our warehouse in Sydney, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible - typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment, however, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days. Processing times are provided as a guide only. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. If we cannot source any of the items in your order, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm how you would like to proceed. We cannot be held responsible if our products are not available at a given point in time.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

We deliver orders via Australia Post eParcel, a service which provides electronic tracking and the security of signature on delivery. We therefore, recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If your order includes any oversized items, we may elect to send your order via one of our freight services (of which you will be advised). If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left to let you know at which local Australia Post outlet your parcel is available for collection. All orders require a signature on receipt. Once items have been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to redirect orders.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Deliveries to major cities include; Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania usually arrives within 1 - 3 working days. Other cities and locations will usually arrive within 2 - 5 working days. More remote interstate locations may experience a longer delivery timeframe. For more information on delivery timeframes please visit the Australia Post website. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorisation or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Missed out ordering by your 'Order By' deadline?

Good news ... KAS Gift Cards make the perfect gift!. You can buy a Gift Card online and have it delivered to yourself or the lucky recipient. eGift Cards are sent via email, and will need to printed out to be used in-store. Gift Cards can also be used to make purchases online.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Products sold online are those which have been created for the Australian market. Due to the variations in standard sizes between countries we are not shipping internationally at this time; however we're happy to assist international customers where possible.
