Afterpay Day Sale – Terms & Conditions

The Afterpay Day promotion is valid from 19 March 2026 until 22 March 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.

Customers will receive 25% off their total order when they spend a minimum of $150 or more in a single transaction. To redeem the offer, customers must enter the code APDAY25 at checkout.

This promotion is valid online only and applies to full-priced and sale items unless otherwise stated. New Arrivals are excluded from this promotion.

The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or offer. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Loyalty rewards/points and gift cards may be used in conjunction with this promotion.

The minimum spend of $150 must be met after any applicable discounts and before shipping costs. If items are returned and the order no longer meets the minimum spend requirement, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

This promotion is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. No rainchecks will be issued on out-of-stock items.

Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply. During promotional periods, there may be delays in dispatch due to increased order volume.

The promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

KAS Australia – Monthly $200 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the KAS Australia Monthly $200 Prize Draw(“Promotion”). By participating, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Promoter:

This promotion is run by [KAS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD] (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility:

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must complete the signup form during the promotional period. Limit of one (1) entry per person per month, unless otherwise stated.

4. Promotion Period:

Entries open on the 1st day of each month and close at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of the month.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $200 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash alternatives.

6. Draw Winner and Notification

The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the promotion closing. The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided in the entry form.

7. Unclaimed Prize:

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

8. Privacy

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if required due to fraud, technical issues, or any other reason outside the Promoter’s control.

Redemption:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and may be applied towards the purchase of products available at KAS Australia retail stores or through online transactions on the official KAS Australia website.
• These gift cards and vouchers cannot be used or redeemed at KAS Australia warehouse sales, external events, or any non-affiliated retail outlets.

Limitations:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.
• The value on the gift card or voucher cannot be transferred to another card or redeemed for cash or credit.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be used until the full value has been redeemed.

Loss or Theft:

• KAS Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or vouchers. Treat these cards as cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Balance Inquiry:

• For inquiries about the balance of a gift card or voucher, customers can visit any KAS Australia retail store or contact customer service online.

Fraud:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or voucher deemed to be obtained fraudulently.
• Fraudulent activities will be subject to appropriate legal actions.

Terms of Use:

Use of the KAS Australia gift card or voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Modification:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official KAS Australia website.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• Expired gift cards or vouchers will not be accepted for redemption or refund.
• Any unused balance remaining on the gift card or voucher after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Please note: All international orders placed on the KAS Australia website are for CUSHION COVERS ONLY.

Important Details for International Customers:

Cushion Inserts: Customers located outside of Australia will not receive polyester inserts with their cushion covers. International orders are limited to the cushion covers only.

Reason for Policy: This policy is in place to ensure the efficient delivery and to minimise shipping costs for our international customers.

Shipping: All other product types, aside from cushions, will be shipped as described on the product page. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sourcing inserts locally in your country of destination to match your cushion covers. For the best fit, please refer to the cushion cover dimensions provided on our product pages.

Promo Codes will have a unique or generic code and can be redeemed against orders of certain products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au only. Please see the specific Promo Code terms for details of the type of product orders to which you can apply your Promo Code. Any restrictions on the type of products against which you can redeem your Promo Codes will be set out in the specific terms for the Promo Codes.

Only one Promo Code can be used per order of product. The Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Promo Code. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date. The Promo Code can only be used to purchase products under the Offer and only while stocks last. KAS will not be required to issue a further Promo Codes in the event that a particular product offered under the Offer is out of stock.

You cannot use a Promo Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Codes state that you can combine the Promo Code with other offers. The Promo Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit. Use of the Promo Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Coupon Codes will have a unique code and can only be redeemed against orders of products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au

You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.

Only one Coupon Code can be used per order of product.

The Coupon Code will expire six months from the date that it is provided by KAS to you. You will not be able to use the Coupon Code after this date.

You cannot use a Coupon Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.

The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit and cannot be transferred or assigned. You must not publish or distribute the Coupon Code for redemption by any other person. Use of the Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are as listed on the kasaustralia.co.au website. You can make purchases online with a credit card or using Paypal.

KAS Australia 'New Arrivals' are sold at full price only.

KAS Australia has the right to determine the period of time a product is considered NEW.
