KAS Australia – Black Friday 2025 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the KAS Australia Black Friday 2025 Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Promotion Details

Customers can receive 30% off their order during the Promotion Period by applying coupon code BF30 at checkout.

This discount is activated only when the order meets the minimum spend requirement of AUD $150 on eligible products.

The offer is valid sitewide, excluding New Arrivals.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from:

Start: 19th November 2025

End: 8th December 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT

Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

3. Coupon Usage (BF30)

Customers must manually enter BF30 at checkout. The discount will apply only if the cart subtotal (before discount, excluding shipping) is $150 or more.

Only one promotional code may be used per order. BF30 cannot be combined with any other discount codes, welcome codes, promotional vouchers, or third-party offers.

Exception: BF30 can be used in conjunction with Loyalty Redemption Points.
If the coupon is not entered or fails to apply, KAS Australia is not obligated to adjust orders after checkout.

4. Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Promotion:

• New Arrival products
• Gift Cards
• Any product specifically marked as excluded
• Shipping fees
• Feature Inserts and Polyester Inserts

Excluded items do not count toward the $150 minimum spend.

5. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available on orders with a cart subtotal of $150 or more (before discount and before taxes).
If applying the BF30 coupon reduces the order subtotal below $150, free shipping will not apply and standard shipping charges will be added. Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to any international customer and is Domestic (Australian residents only)

6. Loyalty Points

Points Accrual

Customers will continue to earn loyalty points on purchases made during the Promotion.
Points are earned according to the standard KAS loyalty program.

Points Redemption

Loyalty Redemption Points can be used together with BF30 during the Black Friday Promotion.

No other coupon codes may be combined with BF30.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Items purchased during the Black Friday Promotion follow the standard KAS Australia Returns Policy.
  
• New Arrival items remain eligible for returns and exchanges as per normal policy.
  
• If a return reduces the order subtotal below the $150 minimum spend, KAS Australia may adjust the refund to reflect the loss of eligibility for the BF30 discount.
  

8. Order Modifications

• Orders placed during the Promotion can be modified within 30 minutes post order only . just head to your order confirmation email and hit the "EDIT ORDER". button
  
  
• Anything after 30 minutes you will need to contact customer service and arrange changes to your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring details are correct before checkout.
  

9. Limited Stock

All promotional items are subject to availability.

• Adding items to the cart does not reserve stock.
  
• KAS Australia may modify, extend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to errors, system issues, or stock limitations.
  

10. Misuse of the Promotion

KAS Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

The Promotion is used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

System manipulation is suspected

11. Shipping & Processing

Standard dispatch timelines apply, but processing times may be longer during high-volume sale periods.

KAS Australia is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances.

12. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

  Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  In the event of discrepancies, the version published on the official website supersedes any other communication.
  

Redemption:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and may be applied towards the purchase of products available at KAS Australia retail stores or through online transactions on the official KAS Australia website.
• These gift cards and vouchers cannot be used or redeemed at KAS Australia warehouse sales, external events, or any non-affiliated retail outlets.

Limitations:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.
• The value on the gift card or voucher cannot be transferred to another card or redeemed for cash or credit.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be used until the full value has been redeemed.

Loss or Theft:

• KAS Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or vouchers. Treat these cards as cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Balance Inquiry:

• For inquiries about the balance of a gift card or voucher, customers can visit any KAS Australia retail store or contact customer service online.

Fraud:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or voucher deemed to be obtained fraudulently.
• Fraudulent activities will be subject to appropriate legal actions.

Terms of Use:

Use of the KAS Australia gift card or voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Modification:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official KAS Australia website.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• Expired gift cards or vouchers will not be accepted for redemption or refund.
• Any unused balance remaining on the gift card or voucher after the expiration date will be forfeited.

By purchasing, using, or accepting a KAS Australia gift card or voucher, the holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. For any further inquiries or assistance, please contact KAS Australia customer service.

Please note: All international orders placed on the KAS Australia website are for CUSHION COVERS ONLY.

Important Details for International Customers:

Cushion Inserts: Customers located outside of Australia will not receive polyester inserts with their cushion covers. International orders are limited to the cushion covers only.

Reason for Policy: This policy is in place to ensure the efficient delivery and to minimise shipping costs for our international customers.

Shipping: All other product types, aside from cushions, will be shipped as described on the product page. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sourcing inserts locally in your country of destination to match your cushion covers. For the best fit, please refer to the cushion cover dimensions provided on our product pages.

The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Promo Code as provided by KAS under an offer (“Offer”). You should also read these specific terms and conditions provided carefully before redeeming a Promo Code.

Promo Codes will have a unique or generic code and can be redeemed against orders of certain products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au only. Please see the specific Promo Code terms for details of the type of product orders to which you can apply your Promo Code. Any restrictions on the type of products against which you can redeem your Promo Codes will be set out in the specific terms for the Promo Codes.

You must enter the Promo Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.

Only one Promo Code can be used per order of product. The Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Promo Code. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date. If the specific terms relating to the Promo Code state that the discount is subject to a minimum purchase amount, postage and packing charges do not count towards the minimum purchase amount.

The Promo Code can only be used to purchase products under the Offer and only while stocks last. KAS will not be required to issue a further Promo Codes in the event that a particular product offered under the Offer is out of stock.

You cannot use a Promo Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Codes state that you can combine the Promo Code with other offers. The Promo Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit. Use of the Promo Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Coupon Codes will have a unique code and can only be redeemed against orders of products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au

You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.

Only one Coupon Code can be used per order of product.

The Coupon Code will expire six months from the date that it is provided by KAS to you. You will not be able to use the Coupon Code after this date.

You cannot use a Coupon Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.

The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit and cannot be transferred or assigned. You must not publish or distribute the Coupon Code for redemption by any other person. Use of the Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are as listed on the kasaustralia.co.au website. You can make purchases online with a credit card or using Paypal.

KAS Australia 'New Arrivals' are sold at full price only.

KAS Australia has the right to determine the period of time a product is considered NEW.

All content, including but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos and other materials on this website and the website software are subject to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of KAS Australia (or its licensors). “KAS” and all associated trade marks are trade marks of KAS Australia.
