⚠ Customer Service Update
At KAS our employee safety is one of our primary concerns. As a result of the coronavirus being declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation we have made a decision to send some of our customer service teams to work from home, aswell as shortages in warehouse staff. This means that we will not be able to support our telephone contact lines in the short term. Our email and live chat contact lines will remain open from 9am to 5pm as our core customer service contact channels during this time and we will endeavour to provide the best possible service. However, please be aware that we are experiencing higher than normal demand, which may cause some delays in response.
We have made provisions to ensure that we have sufficient stock to cover this disruption and will continue to keep you informed of any changes. We hope both you & your family continue to remain healthy and safe during this difficult period.
