Balmoral Neutral Quilt Cover Set

Upon receiving my order I found the colour was not what I thought or expected based on original pictures & description. The linen & craftsmanship of the quilt cover is excellent. They really are beautiful. I don't think I'll ever shop elsewhere after seeing the quality. The customer service received & the resolution far exceeded my expectations. I bought 3 cushions from Kas and when I received them, two were not exactly the colour I thought they would be. ( my fault). I live chatted to a staff member who guided me on how to exchange the goods. It was sooo easy and straightforward, I have not experienced such an uncomplicated service before. I live chatted to another staff member just to check the colour of the cushions I am reordering and she was great also. Kas keeps you updated on shipping.
