Orders to Australia are processed at our warehouse in Sydney, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible and use the most premium courier services. Typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment.

For the safety of you and our Australia Post and Star track drivers, we have introduced contact-free delivery. Drivers will drop off your order on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you. The warehouse is currently receiving a hospital grade clean twice a day and the team are having their temperature checked before every shift to manage everybody's safety.

Good news - returns from Australia are now FREE for full-priced items via our secure returns portal. Simply enter your order number, select the items you wish to return & drop off to any Australia Post Location with your free returns label.

We offer International returns within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a full refund or exchange on the purchase price less freight costs.
