1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING:
We aim for every order to be processed in the shortest time possible. Orders are usually dispatched on the same or following working day of order placement, during heavy sales period processing may take up to 3 working days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We ship via Australia Post unless the size of your order exceeds their capacity, then we will send via one of our trusted freight services. For the security all services require signature on delivery, however this does not have to be the addresee so we recommend that you let your friends/family/colleague know that your expecting a delivery as we can't be held liable if someone decides to run off with your order.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery a notification card will be delivered to of the local Australia post outlet where the parcel is available for collection.
Free Shipping (eParcel with tracking): 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (eParcel Express with tracking): Next day delivery after dispatch within the express post network.
Please note orders are dispatched in the order which they are placed. Selecting the express post service will not speed up the dispatch process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express providing reliable delivery to over 200 countries.
International Express Post: approximately 10 business days after dispatch. Please note this service only provides basic tracking. If you wish to have your international order sent via courier with progress tracking please contact us for further information.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged by the local authorities when the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import duties vary between countries so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
An Australia Post tracking number is recorded on your emailed Shipment Advice. This number can the used on the Australia Post website here. International Express Post provides basic tracking of when your parcel has been lodged and delivered.
HOW IS POSTAGE CALCULATED?
For orders within Australia, the rate of Express Post delivery is determined by a combination of weight and shipping location during checkout. If you wish to calculate the shipping rate prior to checkout, a shipping calculator is located in the shopping cart section. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $50 per order.
DELAYS/LOST DELIVERIES
We aim for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible however there are occasions where unforeseen circumstances impact on delivery times and services. Whilst we happy to assist you as much as possible if such circumstances arise, we cannot be help responsible for delays or issues arising from subsequent reliance on external services.

I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ONLINE BEFORE - IS IT SAFE?
The Kas Online Store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. This is indicated by the letters 'https' in the URL along with a padlock icon which links to our SSL certification (location varies between browsers). Shopping Online is just as secure (if not more secure) than at any other time you may use your credit card. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM(s)?
Not happy? No Dramas! At Kas Australia we are committed to quality and satisfaction when shopping online and we understand it can be tricky so we we aim to make the returns process as painless as possible.
If you’re looking to return any full-priced product please do so within 3 weeks of the shipment date along with the Returns Policy & Authorisation form you received with your order and the original packing slip. Products must be returned unused and unwashed so that they may be returned to stock. Discounted items cannot be returned unless faulty. As we hold no responsibility for items lost/stolen during transit we recommend that you use a secure postage service, such as one with tracking and/or insurance.
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
You are welcome to exchange or receive store credit which can be redeemed online now or in the future. Refunds are eligible for returns which are faulty/not as described and will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. If you have received the wrong item or the item is faulty please email kasonline@kasaustralia.com.au for cost free return instructions, all other costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
You are welcome to exchange or receive store credit which can be redeemed online now or in the future. Refunds are eligible for returns which are faulty/not as described and will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. All shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Kas Australia Online Store ships internationally from our warehouse in Australia. Products sold online are those which have been created for the Australia market so we emphasise the importance of checking the suitability of products prior to placing your order, particularly the size of our quilt cover sets as these sizes vary in many countries. The sizes of all products are listed in the product description, if you have any questions regarding an item please ask prior to placing your order to avoid an disappointment. If you wish to find a Kas stockist in your country please contact us.
5. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
